1 Bedroom Apartments
We have 16 one bedroom self-catering apartments here at the Passage House. Each apartment consists of a king sized bed (velcro linked 3ft beds which can be made into twins) in the main bedroom, open plan kitchen and living area and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The self-catering apartments all have a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate 2 persons.
As some self-catering apartments do have stairs or access is via stairs please advise us when booking and we will allocate accordingly. There is a lift to all floors.
If you are looking for a base for touring this beautiful area these self-catering apartments are ideal.
2 Bedroom Apartments
Our two-bedroom self-catering apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) with bath and overhead shower. There is also an open plan kitchen and living area. Each apartment has a sofa-bed in the living area to accommodate 2 further persons. All two bedroom self-catering apartments have a view across the Teign Estuary. They also have patio areas to the ground floor self-catering apartments and balconies to second floor self-catering apartments.
Duplex Apartments
The duplex self-catering apartments offer the perfect setting for a relaxing break. Taking full advantage of the stunning estuary views, all the self-catering apartments have private balconies from which you can simply unwind. Fully fitted kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and full oven and hob, tastefully designed bedroom with king sized bed (zip and linked 3ft beds which can be made into twins) and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and well-appointed first floor.

The four split level self-catering apartments offer the perfect setting for a relaxing break. Taking full advantage of the stunning estuary views, all of the new self-catering apartments have private balconies from which you can simply unwind.
