Clowance Estate is positioned in the heart of Cornwall’s countryside, between Falmouth and St. Ives. Set in 97 acres of splendidly landscaped parkland and woodlands, Clowance Estate consists of an 18th Century manor house and its own private golf course. The luxurious holiday homes at Clowance Estate and Country Club in Cornwall consist of apartments, patio homes, coach houses and secluded lodges, which are well equipped and complimented by excellent leisure and recreation facilities. Each home or self catering accommodation is tastefully furnished and surprisingly spacious, nearly all feature a patio or balcony so that you can make the most of the fresh air and freedom in this exclusive and unique Resort.

Every unit is furnished to provide every requirement for self-catering, from linen, towels and duvets to hairdryer, TV, DVD and CD player along with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware and fully equipped kitchen.

A number of units include washing machines and tumble dryers; however there are guest’s launderettes on site. The Clowance Estate is in the ideal position to discover the surrounding area.

Local beaches include Bassetts Cove, a small sandy beach and the beach of Portreath is set in a steep valley, mostly sand with some shingle. Home of a small harbour, once a busy port, now houses the occasional fishing boat.
