Located just 97 kilometers from Melbourne, 26 kilometers from Geelong and 11 kilometers from the famous coastal town of Torquay, Bellbrae Country Club is a cozy resort in the country style. The resort is spread over 33 acres (13,365 hectares), has 37 single-storey buildings and one two-storey block. A unique feature is the presence of its own farms, where horses, alpacas, donkeys, goats, geese, ducks, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and others live. Feeding the animals is fun for guests of all ages. The nearby city of Torquay is the capital of Australian (and even the United Kingdom) surfing. Torquay is home to the headquarters of two of the world’s most famous surfing equipment manufacturers: Billabong, Quicksilver and Roxy, while Bells Beach, 7 kilometres from the city, is one of the iconic surfing spots. It hosts the annual Easter Classic, a long-lasting celebration for surfers from all over the world. Torquay is also the start of Australia’s most famous stretch of road – the Great Ocean Road. The length of this inspiring route is 240 kilometres. The first thing that catches the eye of tourists is the impressive diversity of views, which is successful even for Australia. Nearby, Bellbrae Country Club offers horse riding and a variety of crafts, wineries, golf courses and magnificent beaches.
