Cleaning Protocols 

High frequency cleaning protocols are implemented across all areas.

Stay Over/Mid-Week cleans 

The apartments are all self- contained and will be cleaned weekly unless other arrangements are made with the resort Manager prior to the arrival date of the guest. Extra cleans are charged on an hourly basis and if procured during a weekend then overtime hours will be charged.

For those enjoying an extended stay (more than 7 days) a supply of fresh linen and an apartment clean will be provided.

Hand Hygiene 

Hand sanitiser is available upon entry to the Resort reception and is recommended it be used. We highly recommend that you use sanitiser before and after using resort facilities. Employees are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser at frequent intervals.  

Keeping our community safe is all of our responsibility and we all have a part to play. We therefore remind guests that if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, even if mild, to refrain from visiting us until they are fully recovered.
