AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the date specified above by and between "Absolute Developments Corporation.", company registration No. 530000 within the British Virgin Islands with its central reservation office located at the Absolute Sea Pearl Beach Resort, 42/11 Taveewong Road, Patong Beach, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand, herein after referred to as the "Developer" as the first part, and the "Purchaser" of the second part as follows:

AGREEMENT:

The "Purchaser" agrees with the Ambassador Agreement of the "Developer" In accordance with the Terms & Conditions below. Both parties agree as follows:
1. Participation in this program is limited to owners from the "Developer" who acquired a vacation interval at one of the Absolute Resorts. Participation in this program is voluntary, and the "Purchaser" does not have any obligations regarding a minimum number of recommendations to receive any reward. Referral weeks can not be used by the Owner/s themselves.

2. Participating in the Absolute Ambassador Program is easy. For each referral that purchases a vacation interval and has qualified for ownership, "The Purchaser" will receive a one-time reward of €250. - net upon completion of the new Absolute Ownership Agreement. These Payments take place once per month and will be forwarded through online banking.

3. By submitting our Booking Forms you confirm that we may invite your guests to attend one of our Absolute Resorts or another affiliated Resort. We have permission to use your name when contacting your referrals.

4. Sending in your referrals is easy and convenient. You can use our Online Booking Form or you can fill out your Absolute Ambassador Booking Form and drop it off at the Absolute Reservation Center at the Resort or return it to us via phone, fax or e-mail when you get home. Send your referrals as soon as possible to AMBASSADOR DEPARTMENT at the Absolute Sea Pearl Beach Resort, 42/1-10, 30 Taveewong Road, Patong Beach, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand, and let your friends know that we will be calling them to offer them a special discounted vacation package to Koh Samui or Phuket.

5. Referrals will be required to attend a 90-minute sales presentation as part of the discounted vacation offer. All referrals must meet the qualifications of our offer to accept the invitation to attend a sales presentation. Failure to attend the presentation will result in an accommodation charge of €250.

6. Referrals must be married and be between the ages of 30 and 65. A referral family must have a combined annual income of €30,000 per year. If married, both husband and wife must attend the 90-minute sales presentation together. They must present a valid passport and major credit card for identification at check-in.

7. Rewards will only be given on the number of weeks purchased by your referral during the first sales presentation. If at a later date, your referral decides to purchase additional weeks, these do not qualify under the Absolute Ambassador Program.

8. The "Developer" has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel program rules, regulations and reward levels at any time. Authorized Absolute personnel must provide all marketing materials used in this program. This program is void where prohibited by law and may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Thailand. Both parties agree to comply faithfully with the conditions as stated herein.
