The leading hospitality professional group, Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected to manage the Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa, on Tri Trang beach, Phuket. It will be the third Absolute World Group property to be managed by the company after Absolute Bangla Suites and Absolute Nakalay beach resort opened last year.

This addition brings the amount of property and corporate facilities Jones Lang LaSalle's already manages in Thailand to four million square meters, Head of Estate Management for Jones Lang LaSalle Phuket, Dexter Norville said.

To complete construction of the project Absolute World Group have brought back partners from their Absolute Nakalay 2010 project, A Plan Properties and Studio 906 to join with DCM Solutions, who are behind the Cape Yamu development. Jones Lang LaSalle will begin management of the property from January 1st, 2012.

The first of three construction phases on the 114-unit resort is well under way and expected to be completed May 2012. The condominiums overlook Freedom Bay from Patong's southern coastline and adopt contemporary architecture in their studio, one and two-bedroom formats.

Facilities available to residents will include an outdoor pool, dining, gymnasium as well as spa and concierge services.
Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa units will be available in leasehold, freehold and fractional ownership. The first transfers to owners are expected in April next year.

Phuket, Thailand (June 7, 2011) The Absolute World Group have confirmed a five year Estate Management contract with Jones Lang LaSalle, world leader in property management, commencing January 1st 2011, for the Group's boutique luxury condominium resort, Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand.

Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand will provide operational management services for Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa owners, with the final completed resort to be marketed under the Absolute Resorts & Hotels brand. This is the second Absolute World Group resort development to have chosen Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand, the first being the Group's flagship Phuket boutique resort development Absolute Bangla Suites (opened in 2010).

Absolute World Group appointed to handle sales at Thai resort

Absolute World Group has been appointed as sales and marketing agent for the second phase of The Village Coconut Island, a development of fractional and whole ownership two-bedroom private pool villas and Jacuzzi suites off the east coast of Phuket, Thailand.
